Haringey Council considers joint venture and bond for refurbishment

Haringey Council is considering establishing a joint venture for housing acquisition and refurbishment, which could raise £95m on the bond market.

I'm not sure how and if this will affect anyone her but thought it might be of interest.

Apparently, the council is at the early stages of requesting proposals to acquire, manage and repair 400 homes through a joint venture -- this is separate from HDV and hasn't had approval yet from the council. The article below says that it's just at the research & discovery stage.
