How to Spoil Halloween - Misusing Fireworks

Last year teenagers and children were seen letting off fireworks at passers by and cars. While we have had a fairly peaceful run up to Halloween groups are tonight seen marauding the streets.

Letting fireworks off in a public place is a criminal offence and a danger to the public. If you see anyone doing this please rieport this to the police on 101 or if they are aiming it at anyone or vehicles putting them in danger please ring 999.
