Let's talk Haringey - mental health resources for coping with COVID

Let’s Talk Haringey IAPT has created a number of resources and a video in preperation for World Mental Health Day Saturday 10th October,

Let’s Talk Haringey is facilitating FREE Mental Health Workshops in the Community. Due to the current pandemic,  these are being delivered remotely by  Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

The folowing workshops last between 30 minutes to 2 hours 

-          General emotional wellbeing (breaking down the cycles of depression and anxiety, and briefly discussing techniques to break those cycles)

-          Stress and relaxation (discussing the function of stress and explaining symptoms of panic, and trying out basic mindfulness / relaxation exercises).

-          NEW   Coping through the pandemic (focuses on understanding and managing stress and anxiety in the context of COVID-19)
