Anyone living, working, studying or visiting the borough can make a report on using the Council's online form 24 hours a day at or during opening hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm by using the dedicated telephone line 020 8489 1335.

How to report NOISE

You can use the Council's online form ( to report noise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online using the form below or by telephone. If there is no officer on duty the complaint will be picked up after an officer returns to duty. If you do not receive a response to a 'noise on now' complaint registered through the website the Council recommends you call 020 8489 0000 and the call centre staff will have up-to-date information on officer availability.

What is Anti Social Behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) comes in many different forms. It includes nuisance and harassment in relation to:

  • race
  • gender
  • children and youth
  • sexual orientation
  • abandoned vehicles
  • religious belief
  • gardens - disputes, overgrown
  • disability
  • using property for commercial reasons
  • dogs fouling, incessant barking
  • offensive telephone calls
  • drug abuse
  • malicious letters and articles
  • pets
  • victims of mental health problems and/or other vulnerabilities
  • noise
  • vandalism
  • refuse and rubbish
